Just a few minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc and the beautiful Gorges de l'Ardèche, come and spend a stay at the 7 de Coeur gîte with family or friends, discovering the wonders of the southern Ardèche. Ideally located in a quiet, residential area on the Mazes plain, you'll enjoy access to the river just 1.5km away, perfect for a cool, relaxing dip in the water. You'll find plenty of shops and services nearby, accessible by bike or on foot. You can sample local produce at the weekly markets and take part in a wide range of activities, such as the mythical canoe trip or the many hiking trails.
Adjoining the owners' house, the gîte is entirely on one level. It has private parking and a private, enclosed outdoor space with garden and reading area. The terrace is perfect for breakfasts and meals, with an electric barbecue in the shade of a stretched sail. Inside, you'll enjoy a bright, comfortable living room with a dining area facing the terrace, a lounge with sofa bed (sleeps 2) and an open, fully-equipped kitchen. For your comfort, this room is equipped with reversible air conditioning. For the night, 2 bedrooms are available, each with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds, and fan if required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate WC with washbasin. For a relaxing stay, beds are made up on arrival at Le 7 de Cœur, and end-of-stay cleaning is included. Washing machine available in the owners' laundry room. For your little ones, all baby equipment is available in the gîte. The owners have installed bike rails so you can make the most of the nearby cycle paths.
