Stone cottage located in a quiet, traditional hamlet on the southern slopes of Suc des Vents, 5 minutes from the village and 15 minutes from Annonay (hot-air balloon town, Peaugres Safari, cinema). Gîte on 2 levels. Outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue. Living room with integrated kitchenette, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, private shower room), WC. Upstairs, large attic living room (flat-screen TV, sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), shower room and WC. Electric heating, fireplace (wood supplied). A second 8-person gîte with independent access is available on site. Large meadow 100m away (shared by both gîtes).
Dogs are allowed but not in the bedrooms.
