With its pleasant Piscine* and panoramic terrace, you can alternate between swimming and lounging.

The air-conditioned living room, open to the outside, features a fully-equipped kitchenette, a living area and a sitting area with sofas and TV. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a 160cm bed and open-plan shower room, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bedroom with 3 90cm beds. A shower room with shower and WC, as well as an independent WC complete the property. There's also a storeroom with washing machine.

Whether you're a nature lover, history buff, gourmet or in search of relaxation, you'll be amazed at what this region has in store for you. The Gorges de l'Ardèche, with its dazzling landscapes, are close by, and can be explored on foot or by canoe. Take a trip back in time with the prehistoric paintings at Grotte Chauvet 2 (19 km). Don't forget to stroll through the cobbled streets of the nearby villages (Saint Montant, Aigueze, ... ) and the farmers' markets to discover local specialities: cheeses, charcuterie, honey, why not approve a local wine (Côte du Rhône).
