Gîte with direct, private access to the river Ardèche

Lovely stone Holiday cottage on a vast property with the huge advantage of direct access to the Ardèche river (Swimming and Fishing 100m away, on the property).

The house is set in the heart of nature, and comprises the owner's accommodation on the first floor and the Holiday cottage upstairs. There's a living room with a sitting area, integrated kitchen and sitting area with TV. Then there's a bedroom with 2 single beds (120cm, 140cm sheets) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm). The bathroom has been completely renovated and the WC is separate. Central heating.
You'll enjoy a 12 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the rock and surrounding mountains, and another 11 m2 terrace just below with a planted arbour. Enclosed courtyard, private parking. A pétanque court is available, to be shared with the owners, who will suggest a game all together. Ping-pong table and games for Kids. Secure bicycle storage.

We're halfway between Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc (all shops and activities). The Ardèche river is 50 meters below the house and our beaches are private and reserved for our gîte.
The unforgettable Ardèche gorges begin 5 km further on, with the Pont d'Arc, a natural stone bridge crossing the river. Nearby are the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac and other caves. In the evening, stroll through the narrow streets of the tourist villages of Vallon Pont D'arc and Labeaume, visit the medieval villages of Largentière, La Banne and Balazuc, as well as the lavender museum and the prehistoric Zoo at Saint Remèze.
