Lovely stone Holiday cottage on a vast property with the huge advantage of direct access to the Ardèche river (Swimming and Fishing 100m away, on the property).
The house is set in the heart of nature, and comprises the owner's accommodation on the first floor and the Holiday cottage upstairs. There's a living room with a sitting area, integrated kitchen and sitting area with TV. Then there's a bedroom with 2 single beds (120cm, 140cm sheets) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm). The bathroom has been completely renovated and the WC is separate. Central heating.
You'll enjoy a 12 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of the rock and surrounding mountains, and another 11 m2 terrace just below with a planted arbour. Enclosed courtyard, private parking. A pétanque court is available, to be shared with the owners, who will suggest a game all together. Ping-pong table and games for Kids. Secure bicycle storage.
We're halfway between Ruoms and Vallon Pont d'Arc (all shops and activities). The Ardèche river is 50 meters below the house and our beaches are private and reserved for our gîte.
The unforgettable Ardèche gorges begin 5 km further on, with the Pont d'Arc, a natural stone bridge crossing the river. Nearby are the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, Aven d'Orgnac and other caves. In the evening, stroll through the narrow streets of the tourist villages of Vallon Pont D'arc and Labeaume, visit the medieval villages of Largentière, La Banne and Balazuc, as well as the lavender museum and the prehistoric Zoo at Saint Remèze.

Très bon accueil de rosa et michel avec un verre de bienvenue. Des personnes très gentils qui vous donneront des adresses de lieux à visiter et de bon restaurant.
Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel comme à la maison .
La plage privée est un plus vous y avez accès comme vous le souhaitez, envie d un pique-nique au bord de l'Ardèche au calme c est possible :)
Table de ping -pong, terrain de boules et des jeux de société disponible .
Non loin du marché nocturnes de vallon pont d arc et bien d'autres.

Matthias und Sabine Wunderschöne Lage, sehr sympathische Vermieter
Eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem Haus mit sehr schöner Lage. Besonders hat uns der Balkon gefallen, von dem man die grüne, bergige Landschaft genießen konnte. Ein privater Strand war die Krönung.
Die Fahrradnähe zu weiteren schönen Badestellen am Chassezac und Beaume boten Möglichkeiten, sich bei großer Hitze abzukühlen.

Les Normands Séjour en Ardèche
Acceuil chaleureux et de très bons conseils sur les sites touristiques de Rosa et Michel. Bien situé pour effectuer les visites dans un endroit au calme avec sa plage privée qui donne un plus à la location durant les grosses chaleurs. Un grand merci à Rosa et Michel pour ces moments de partage et de convivialité.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte idéalement situé pour découvrir les trésors de l'Ardèche (Chauvet, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Aven Orgnac, Gorges de l'Ardèche et villages classés sont à proximité). La plage privée pour accéder à l'Ardèche et l'humanité des propriétaires sont des atouts supplémentaires dans le choix de ce gîte. Nous étions tristes de les quitter. Nous reviendrons certainement parfaire notre connaissance de la région.
