Located in the town of Saint-Jean-le-Centenier, in the heart of a vineyard and just 3 km from Villeneuve-de-Berg, this charming holiday cottage is ideally situated for exploring southern Ardèche, the Coiron Plateau, The Ardèche Gorges, and the Rhône Valley.
Set at the rear of the farmhouse, the holiday cottage is accessed via an outdoor staircase leading to a pleasant private terrace. You’ll enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Tanargue massif and can admire magnificent sunsets. Below, a shaded garden invites you to relax, read, or take a nap in the cool shade under the trees.
Inside, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa and television. The bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The restroom is separate.
During your stay, you’ll also have the pleasure of discovering and tasting the estate’s wines. With its heritage sites, charming villages, hiking trails, swimming spots, and culinary delights, this location is an ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche.
Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available as optional extras.

Au domaine, vous pourrez déguster des vins dans une cave qui allie à la fois l'authenticité et le modernisme. Il y a tant et tant à faire en Ardèche : découvrir son patrimoine , ses villages de caractère, sa gastronomie, ses produits que vous reviendrez pour mieux la savourer !

Loveardeche Parenthèse agréable en Ardèche
Gîte très agréable fonctionnel et propre au milieu d'un domaine viticole. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Plein de villages de caractère et de nombreuses activités aux alentours : voies vertes aménagées pour les vélos, kanoe, accrobranche... Impossible de tout faire en une semaine. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion. N'oubliez pas de passer à l'accueil du domaine déguster les vins du vignoble vous ne serez pas déçus.
Ps : pas de clim en ces fortes chaleurs mais vieille bâtisse qui garde assez bien la fraîcheur si l'on ferme bien les volets la journée- Cleanliness
