Located in the town of Saint-Jean-le-Centenier, in the heart of a vineyard and just 3 km from Villeneuve-de-Berg, this charming holiday cottage is ideally situated for exploring southern Ardèche, the Coiron Plateau, The Ardèche Gorges, and the Rhône Valley.

Set at the rear of the farmhouse, the holiday cottage is accessed via an outdoor staircase leading to a pleasant private terrace. You’ll enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the Tanargue massif and can admire magnificent sunsets. Below, a shaded garden invites you to relax, read, or take a nap in the cool shade under the trees.

Inside, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The living area features a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a sitting area with a sofa and television. The bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The restroom is separate.

During your stay, you’ll also have the pleasure of discovering and tasting the estate’s wines. With its heritage sites, charming villages, hiking trails, swimming spots, and culinary delights, this location is an ideal starting point for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche.
