Here's an address not to be missed during your stay in the Rhône Valley. This charming, modern wooden house is built on a hilltop in a quiet, residential area of the village of Ozon. The location is ideal for exploring the northern Drôme Ardèche region. There's something for everyone: Hiking, discovering the Vineyards, visiting the local heritage, chocolate tasting at Valrhona, Peaugres Safari, Golf, etc.

From the road, a gravel path leads to the house. When you arrive, you're immediately seduced by the panoramic view over the valley. Enjoy the view from a deckchair in the house's garden, or simply from the gîte's private swimming pool*. Outside, there's a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a pétanque court. For cyclists, a bicycle room is available, as well as small tools.

The single-storey interior is contemporary and well-appointed. First, there's a lovely living room, open to the outside, with a fully-equipped kitchenette and island, and a sitting area with wooden table, sofa bed and wall-mounted TV. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed and dressing room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double vanity unit. The Holiday cottage offers all the comforts of home: underfloor heating and cooling in all rooms, top-of-the-range furnishings, fiber optic internet access, Bluetooth speakers, washing machine and dryer, and electric car charging station (extra charge). Everything you need for a stress-free stay: Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival and housekeeping included. All you have to do is enjoy!
