Your Holiday cottage is in a beautiful stone house in a quality environment, surrounded by olive and oak trees with panoramic views of the Cévennes peaks, at the end of a small road.
It is south-facing with generous sunlight, on a raised ground floor. Petanque court available.

Enjoy the terrace shaded by the lime tree with barbecue and a 2nd covered terrace in the shade with garden furniture.
It comprises a living room/kitchen and sitting area with reversible air-conditioning, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair available on request. 2 Holiday cottages are at the back of the house with opposite entrances (not overlooked).

This region has a way of delighting all who visit it. You'll be amazed by its exceptional heritage. Take a stroll through the Ardèche gorges and visit the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, or take time to explore the beautiful villages steeped in history (Naves, Thines, Labeaume, Banne... ). The Chassezac river has carved out magnificent gorges that you can admire by canoe or swimming on the many beaches. Nature sports are plentiful here, and can be enjoyed on foot or mountain bike trails, on cliffs with ropes and carabiners, underground with caving, or in the air with paragliding. The village of Les Vans offers a wide range of activities and all the services you need (cinemas, restaurants, great markets). You'll be sure to have great memories of your vacation!
