A nature break for a rejuvenating vacation!
Your Holiday cottage is in a beautiful stone house in a quality environment, surrounded by olive and oak trees with panoramic views of the Cévennes peaks, at the end of a small road.
It is south-facing with generous sunlight, on a raised ground floor. Petanque court available.
Enjoy the terrace shaded by the lime tree with barbecue and a 2nd covered terrace in the shade with garden furniture.
It comprises a living room/kitchen and sitting area with reversible air-conditioning, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a shower room with Italian shower and a separate toilet.
Electric heating. Baby bed and high chair available on request. 2 Holiday cottages are at the back of the house with opposite entrances (not overlooked).
This region has a way of delighting all who visit it. You'll be amazed by its exceptional heritage. Take a stroll through the Ardèche gorges and visit the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, or take time to explore the beautiful villages steeped in history (Naves, Thines, Labeaume, Banne... ). The Chassezac river has carved out magnificent gorges that you can admire by canoe or swimming on the many beaches. Nature sports are plentiful here, and can be enjoyed on foot or mountain bike trails, on cliffs with ropes and carabiners, underground with caving, or in the air with paragliding. The village of Les Vans offers a wide range of activities and all the services you need (cinemas, restaurants, great markets). You'll be sure to have great memories of your vacation!

Carpediem 2 semaines parmi les oliviers
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans le gite spacieux,très bien équipé et très propre. Le gite est entouré d oliviers, si vous recherchez la tranquillité, vous etes au bon endroit.
La terrasse sur le cote à l ombre est un grand plus et surtout tres agreable quand il fait tres chaud. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants, la région est superbe avec énormément de choses à faire : visites des grottes notamment chauvet 2, les villages, randonnées, baignades en rivières...

Lili Séjour reposant
Séjour plus qu’àgreable. Maison très bien dommage qu’il n’y est pas la Clim ou ventilateur mais le confort y est!!
Chemin un peu chaotique pour y accéder un petit aménagement serait bienvenue mais la maison est merveilleuse. Typique de l’Ardèche!!! Les proprios sont très discret mais à l’écoute!!! Paysage autour merveilleux
Le plaisir des yeux est au rendez vous!
Nous avons passé un super séjour. De quoi se ressourcer sans problème….

Patoch Gîte La Bombâtie
Lieu très calme et reposant, au point que nous avons eu droit à la visite de chevreuil et de renard :)
Gîte très agréable, spacieux et bien équipé.
Sa situation géographique permet d’accéder rapidement à des lieux de randos, grottes et autres points remarquables.
Pour les propriétaires de voiture électrique, il y a un point recharge rapide (CCS) dans la ville de Les Vans qui marche très bien (ChargeMap ou CB).- Cleanliness
