La Bastide Maë

For one or more nights, renting a room at Bastide Maë is the perfect way to welcome friends to Valérie and Noël's home. They've put all their heart and soul into renovating this beautiful stone house.

Located right in the center of the authentic village of Saint-Remèze, between the Rhône Valley and the Ardèche Gorges, this is the ideal starting point for organizing your stay around visits to the famous Chauvet2 and Madeleine caves, as well as nature activities around picturesque sites and archaeological remains.

Once you've had your fill of the vineyards, garrigue and lavender, you'll be welcomed into one of the 4 bedrooms designed and decorated with care by your host on the second and top floor of their home. You'll also have access to the heated swimming pool, numerous deckchairs and garden furniture.

Each private space is equipped with reversible air-conditioning, WiFi, quality bedding, en-suite shower room, storage space and pod coffee maker.

The 40m² Maë duplex room, on the top floor of the building, has a double bed (160cm), a sofa bed (140cm), a sitting area for a cup of coffee, a dressing room and a bathroom with shower, toilet and double basin. On the lower floor, you'll find an office with sofa.

The 30m² Loélie bedroom has a 160cm bed, a sitting area with a sofa, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

La chambre Mèl (20m²) with a 160cm bed, a chest of drawers and a storage chest, a bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet.

The Lisa bedroom (20m²) with a 160cm bed, chest of drawers and small closet, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.

You can use the shared lounge to warm up by the fire in winter, or to cool down in summer.
To delight your taste buds, your host will set the breakfast table with local produce, homemade pastries or viennoiseries, cheese, ham and fresh fruit.
And finally, for your convenience, your car will be parked in the property's private courtyard, and towels will be provided.
