Gîte Pioullouse

The Holiday cottage Pioullouse is located on the Base de loisirs of Lake Devesset, a few steps from its Beach and Restaurant. This protected natural site is ideally located for discovering the Haute Ardèche. You can take advantage of the many outdoor activities on offer around the Lake, including sailing, kayaking, paddling, pedal-boating, mountain biking and summer biathlon. You can also take advantage of the Campsites' many activities.
This stone Holiday cottage, on 2 levels, has 7 modern bedrooms, some with a beautiful view of the Lake. On the first floor, you enter a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffeemaker, fridge, oven), a dining room that can seat 15 for pleasant meals, and a lounge with a convertible sofa (suitable for a person with reduced mobility), 4 armchairs and a flat-screen TV. On this same level, you'll also find a shower room and WC (PMR accessible).
On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms (3 with 160cm beds and 1 with 2 90cm beds), a shower room and separate WC. On the second floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms with 2 90cm beds, a shower room and separate WC. A total of 14 beds. Sheets available on request. Umbrella beds are available on request. The outdoor area of the Holiday cottage is shared with visitors to the Lake. You are located 7 km from Saint-Agrève where you will find all amenities (restaurants, bakery, Pharmacy).
From the Holiday cottage you can easily visit the many attractions of the area: Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc and Mont Mézenc, the village of Désaignes, the Velay-Express tourist train. You can also discover the "Dolce Via", with its 90km of cycle paths.
