Gîte Les Verveines

Located in the heart of the village of Saint-Martin d'Ardèche, the gîte "Les Verveines" welcomes you for an unforgettable vacation in southern Ardèche. This village on the banks of the Ardèche is the gateway to the Gorges and the famous village of Aiguèze. Just a stone's throw from the gîte is the supervised beach of Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche, with its water games. Swimming, canoeing, hiking, cycling and mountain biking, visits to villages of character and the remarkable Grotte Chauvet 2, your gîte is close to all these activities.
Recently renovated, this semi-detached house has a separate entrance opening onto a large terrace shaded by magnificent Virginia creeper. This terrace, with its breathtaking views over the village, is the ideal place to share meals and barbecues outside. Inside, the tastefully decorated living room features a dining area with table for 8, and a lounge with sofa, coffee table and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. Upstairs, the first bedroom has 2 90 cm beds. The second is an air-conditioned master bedroom with a 180 cm bed, private bathroom and toilet. The third air-conditioned bedroom upstairs has a 180 cm bed and an armchair perfect for reading. The fourth air-conditioned master bedroom has a 160 cm bed, dressing room and private bathroom. On this floor you'll also find a third bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a separate WC.
All baby equipment is available on request. Meter reading and billing at the end of your stay. You'll be close to shops, restaurants and services in the village of Saint-Martin d'Ardèche. Two private parking spaces are available for your vehicles.
