This self-contained accommodation is nestled in the heart of an elegant manor house, inhabited by the owners, where there are also three Bed and breakfast rooms and a second gîte.

The place seems to emerge from another time, with its traces of the past, its works of art scattered here and there, and its unexpected curiosities. Admire the front of the main house, adorned with sculptures, its pond and fountain... The park, shaded by tall conifers, invites you to relax and contemplate. You can observe water lilies floating quietly on the pond, a peacock on a walk or a few chickens in the grass. A small promontory bordered by a balustrade offers an unobstructed view of Tournon, its railroad line and the surrounding Vineyards. Petanque court and ping pong table to share.

When the sun heats up, the shared Piscine becomes the ideal place to cool off and extend the warmth of the day.

Located away from the main house, Holiday cottage Le Vigneron is within walking distance of the property's parking lot (approx. 100 m). The simple, functional interior provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, the living area includes a fully-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sitting room with sofa and TV. Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedroom with 160 cm bed leads to a bathroom with shower and WC. Small private terrace.

Cycling is easy from the property, with the ViaRhôna passing nearby. Tournon-sur-Rhône offers many possibilities: stroll through its cobbled streets, visit its castle overlooking the river, taste the famous vintages of the Rhône valley, take a gourmet break at Valrhona or board the Train de l'Ardèche. And if you feel like it, take a trip up to the Ardèche verte, its hills, forests and rivers.
