Just a few minutes from Ruoms, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Pont d'Arc, the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, as well as numerous traditional villages, this superb house, entirely restored with traditional taste, is ideally located in Ardèche Méridionale, below the Rocher de Sampzon and less than a km from the river (Swimming, Fishing, Canoeing).

This house is perfect for large family gatherings or for spending time with friends.
You'll enjoy a large, peaceful green space with a shaded terrace and a private heated swimming pool with night lighting.

This Holiday cottage is also equipped with a bedroom suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Fully-equipped kitchen, vaulted living room opening onto the large wooden terrace, vaulted lounge with sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV, separate toilet, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, private shower room and toilet). First floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, solarium terrace of almost 16 m²), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90), 1 gaming room, shower room with large shower, 1 open attic bedroom (4 beds 90) with reversible air-conditioning, bathroom, separate WC. Beds can be adapted on request.
Bed linen can be hired for an additional charge (including towels).
To ensure the peace and quiet of our neighbors, all noisy activities must cease after 11pm outdoors, but may of course continue indoors.
Pets are welcome, but for the comfort of subsequent guests, any excrement, hair, etc. must be removed by the owner both indoors and outdoors.
Fiber optic internet connection, with 3 RG4 sockets, fast wifi (209 Mbit/s).
A meter reading is carried out to make you aware of your consumption. To reduce your energy costs, photovoltaic panels have been installed on the Holiday cottage.
