5 minutes from the center of Vallon Pont d'Arc, 10 minutes from the Grotte Chauvet 2, and 800 m from the river (for swimming in the Ardèche), 4 pretty independent houses with their own enclosed grounds and private, secure swimming pool, not overlooked.
The Villa Enzo with its private Piscine welcomes you with its 2 terraces, one covered and the other semi-shaded by a pergola. Parking and 700 m² of enclosed grounds. Laundry room with washing machine. The living room opens onto the fitted kitchen. The lounge area features a convertible corner sofa, flat-screen TV and air-conditioning. Bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed and a second with two 90 cm beds. Shower room with Italian-style shower and 2 basins, separate WC. Sheets and towels available for hire. Baby bed, high chair and bathtub available. A private Piscine at your villa lets you swim and lounge in the shade of its parasol straw hut. Your own boules pitch will keep you entertained in the evenings.
The Gorges de l'Ardèche, 5 km away, and the Grotte Chauvet 2, 6 km away, will introduce you to some splendid scenery. There's also a canoe departure point nearby where you can take a trip down the Ardèche. Grocery shops 800 m away and Vallon Pont d'Arc City center 3 km away, also accessible on foot or by bike via the "voie verte". Each villa has its own privacy, and everything is designed to make you feel at home in the peace and privacy of your own garden. A view of the mountains and the Sampzon rock from your villa. In the Countryside, in a small hamlet with restaurant.

Superbe séjour
5/5Deuxième séjour au soleil Ardéchois…. Parfait, une fois de plus.
L’accueil des propriétaires est toujours aussi chaleureux. Un réel plaisir de les revoir.
Le gîte Enzo est à l’identique du Julie dans lequel nous avions séjourné l’année passée.
La piscine privative est un réel avantage. On y plonge dès que l’on en a envie.
L’endroit est calme, proche de toutes les commodités.
Nous avons déjà prévu d’y retourner durant l’été 2026. On a déjà hâte d’y être.
Je recommande sans hésitation, vous pouvez y aller quasi les yeux fermés.

Belle quinzaine Sud Ardèche

Maison bien fraîche et clim si besoin pendant la canicule sans oublier la jolie petite piscine.
Calme et sans vis à vis.
De jolies balades et visites à moins d'une heure.
Et des hôtes bien sympathiques.

Gite a la conception intérieure et extérieure bien pensée pour profitez au maximum des vacances.
1 petite terrasse a la piscine, une autre permettant de profiter du soleil le matin, et une troisième abritée pour prendre les repas.
