About 1.5kms from the village of St Sylvestre, come and enjoy this fully renovated Holiday cottage on the farm for 2 people. You'll have plenty of space to explore the many hiking and mountain-biking trails. Swimming and trout fishing are less than a kilometer away, in the Duzon river. The mythical "VéloRail des Gorges du Doux" will seduce you, as will the characterful village of Boucieu le Roi nearby. Not far from the Rhone Valley, you'll discover magnificent landscapes and find all services and shops in the village of Alboussiere, 7 kms away.

The farmhouse includes 2 fully renovated Holiday cottages.

The "Acajous" Holiday cottage, adjoining a year-round rental and the second Holiday cottage, has its own private covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfasts or barbecues.
There's also a small cellar for storing your bikes and other Hiking equipment.
Inside, you'll find a living room with an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, and a sitting room with TV and sofa bed (bed linen and towels can be provided for an extra 2 people, but are not included in the price).
The bedroom is large and bright, with a 160cm bed and easy chairs. There's a bathroom with bath and WC.

For your convenience, bed linen and towels are provided for 2 people.

Pets allowed in respect of the premises and the animals on the farm. Electric heating included. Access to the outside areas of the property with respect for the premises.
