In a hamlet on the edge of the Forêt de Tronçais, the gîte is ideal for recharging your batteries in this farmhouse with 11 hectares of woods, meadows and lakeside relaxation. You'll be lulled to sleep by the soothing sounds of the countryside, the concerto of frogs, the chirping of birds, the bleating of sheep, the distant barking of dogs, tractors, the crowing of the rooster... The covered terrace overlooks the enclosed garden, inviting you to relax. On one level, the living room integrates the dining and sitting area with 1 x 2-seater sofa-bed (160x200 cm), and the fitted kitchen. In season, you'll be able to enjoy the fireplace with the pellet stove that heats the house. Also on the first floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), a shower room and WC.
The owners, who live in the hamlet, have been awarded the "refuge Ligue Protection des Oiseaux" label and are committed to the cohabitation of Man and Nature. If you wish, they will share their passion with you.
