Gas-fired central heating. Small pleasure garden (290m²), enclosed courtyard. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Bourbon Lancy 14 km.
Heating not included, payable by guests at end of stay.

Gîte de caractère
4/5Tout était bien. Exceptée une salle d'eau un peu 'abandonnée'. Bien entretenue, mais sans effort de décoration, ni de modernisation des équipements.
Le matelas de la chambre principale serait à changer.Le chauffage fonctionne très bien.
Nous avons été ravis de séjourner dans ce gîte de caractère, dans lequel nous retournerions sans problème.

Un séjour très agréable
5/5Belle propriété avec un extérieur très appréciable. Gîte situé à proximité du centre. Beaulon offre toutes commodités ( boulangerie, boucherie, restaurant, même un magasin de jeux...)
