It's in the heart of Vichy, a stone's throw from the Opera, the Parcs Napoleon lll and the Thermes, that Sabine and Jean Pierre have imagined and created La Suite du Parc.
Ideally located in a listed building that was once a prestigious hotel during the Belle Époque, this 58 m² apartment is an elegant and extremely comfortable universe.
It comprises a living room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, kettle, toaster, etc.) and a spacious, quiet bedroom (1 bed 180 convertible into 90x 200). The bathroom is in the Art Deco style, with a walk-in shower and top-of-the-range bathroom linen changed every 4 days.
PLUS DU GITE : sheets, towels and household linen provided, heating included. Cleaning once a week and at the end of your stay also included. Breakfast basket and basic groceries on site.
Please specify your choice of bed (either 1x180 or 2x 90x200 ) when booking. Electric heating. Les Célestins fitness center is 100m away. Exceptional "CURE" 3-week rate at €1,700 (October to April) and €1,889 (May to September).
Electric car recharging available for €10/day and €25 for 3 nights or more.
Electricity at customer's expense, to be paid on site at end of stay.

Mauvais choix
1/5Cet appartement n°20, au 1ier étage au n°23 rue du parc à Vichy, est juste en face du "Parc des Sources". La propriétaire savait quand elle nous loué cet appart que le "Parc des Sources" est en pleine rénovation (voir la mairie): des dizaine d'arbres sont en cours d'abattage. De plus, elle savait que l'appartement voisin n°23 au fond du même couloir est en cours d'agrandissement: les ouvriers doivent abattre plusieurs cloisons!
Cette dame NE NOUS A PAS INFORMES de ces nuisances en cours que nous avons subi pendant 9 jours sur 13. La propriétaire n'aurait jamais dû louer cet appart en ce moment, sachant les travaux très importants en cours dans le voisinage immédiat.- Cleanliness 5/5

Merci pour votre retour d'expérience. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que vos vacances se soient déroulées dans les conditions que vous décrivez. La propriétaire n'était pas avertie des travaux dans le Parc, ni de l'appartement voisin. Elle a fait en sorte de rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. Nous regrettons que vous ne nous ayez pas alerté dès les premiers signes observés. Nous sommes ravis d'avoir pu vous apporter une solution adéquate à l'issue de votre séjour.
