2/51ère fois qu'une telle déception nous arrive avec votre Ste. Descriptif erronné, 2 marches pour accéder salle d'eau et wc non signalées. Marchant avec 2 béquilles, si je l'avais sû je n'aurai pas choisi ce gîte, marche de la chambre était mentionnée, donc choix en connaissance de cause. Pas d'état des lieux,ni arrivée ni départ.1ère rencontre avec propriétaire au bout de 11 jours, aucune convivialité

Nous regrettons votre déception, mais souhaitons corriger certains points. La propriétaire vous a rencontré dès le lendemain de votre arrivée tardive. Vous avez discuté de l'accessibilité, et elle vous a précisé que ce gîte n'était pas adapté à votre situation, tout en vous suggérant un hébergement de plain-pied plus approprié.
La réservation ayant été faite en ligne sans demande spécifique, nous vous recommandons de passer par l'agence Gîtes de France pour éviter ce type de malentendu.

5/5Heerlijk knus huisje. Het was eerst even wennen dat het slaap en woonkamer in een geheel is, maar eigenlijk heb je ook niets meer nodig. Heerlijk bed, prima stoelen, houtkachel, verwarming, prima badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk rustige omgeving waar prachtige wandelingen gemaakt kunnen worden. Dichtbij leuk dorpje met bakker, supermarkt en restaurantjes.
