Nestled in the heart of the Bourbonnais countryside, this charming gîte offers a relaxing and bucolic stay. The Gîte de l'Espinasse is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and meet up with family and friends in the heart of France.
Adrien and Fanny will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte. Completely renovated, this old farmhouse will seduce you with its combination of period stonework and modern comforts.
Farmer Adrien will be happy to show you around his sheep farm.
Less than 5km from the gîte is Bourbon-l'Archambault, where you can discover the historic ruins of the Château des Ducs de Bourbon, relax at the famous thermal baths and enjoy the benefits of the spa waters.

This gîte has been awarded the "Accueil vélo" label.
Ground floor: A large living space with a lounge and wood-burning stove, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen, await you for convivial moments.
The gîte is accessible to the disabled, with its bedroom (1 bed 140 x190 cm) and bathroom (shower and toilet). The terrace, with its charcoal barbecue, and the wooded grounds are ideal for spending special moments during your stay.
1st floor: discover a luminous mezzanine and its original resting net for cocooning moments whatever your age.
A second bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) as well as a shower room and separate toilet. Two extra people can be accommodated in the pull-out bed on the mezzanine (2 beds 90 x 190 cm).

Chris Un air de campagne
Gîte spacieux, bien équipé et bien aménagé pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. Rénovation réussie, les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
Nous avons apprécié le calme, les "grenouilles", les moutons et le jardin.

Ic Un coin de tranquillité sous le regard des moutons
Joli gite possédant un haut niveau de confort,tout y est pensé pour le bien-être du vacancier. La maison est très bien isolée et la clim permet d'affronter la canicule sans souci.

Pauline Séjour très agréable dans un gîte beau et paisible
Nous avons été accueillis de manière attentionnée et sympathique par Adrien, dans cette maison très bien restaurée où il fait bon séjourner ! La maison en elle-même est bien agencée et très joliment décorée, la terrasse très agréable, le jardin spacieux et bucolique. On entend presque exclusivement les oiseaux, quel calme appréciable pour de chouettes vacances. C'est un gîte qui se prête aussi très bien à accueillir nos animaux - chats ou chiens, un très bon accueil leur est fait ! Et on recommande entre autres une jolie randonnée à Noyant d'Allier.
