Nestled in the heart of the Bourbonnais countryside, this charming gîte offers a relaxing and bucolic stay. The Gîte de l'Espinasse is the ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and meet up with family and friends in the heart of France.
Adrien and Fanny will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte. Completely renovated, this old farmhouse will seduce you with its combination of period stonework and modern comforts.
Farmer Adrien will be happy to show you around his sheep farm.
Less than 5km from the gîte is Bourbon-l'Archambault, where you can discover the historic ruins of the Château des Ducs de Bourbon, relax at the famous thermal baths and enjoy the benefits of the spa waters.

This gîte has been awarded the "Accueil vélo" label.
Ground floor: A large living space with a lounge and wood-burning stove, a dining room and an open-plan kitchen, await you for convivial moments.
The gîte is accessible to the disabled, with its bedroom (1 bed 140 x190 cm) and bathroom (shower and toilet). The terrace, with its charcoal barbecue, and the wooded grounds are ideal for spending special moments during your stay.
1st floor: discover a luminous mezzanine and its original resting net for cocooning moments whatever your age.
A second bedroom (1 bed 140 x 190 cm) as well as a shower room and separate toilet. Two extra people can be accommodated in the pull-out bed on the mezzanine (2 beds 90 x 190 cm).

Marley & Co Magnifique gite
Très beau gite au coeur de la campagne, les commerces ne sont pas très loins, ( ce qui est appréciable).
Gite calme et très spacieux et nous avons adoré le filet de repos.
Un chaleureux MERCI a Adrien pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Marie/Henri. Tout confort et silence garanti.
Jolie maison à vivre, spacieuse, propre, rénovée récemment avec beaucoup de goût sur un grand jardin clos, idéal pour enfants et animaux de compagnie. Le plus de ce gîte ce sont une chambre (dont la literie est très bonne) et sanitaires au rez-de-chaussée et le filet de détente pour ravir les enfants et... adultes également. Bien situé géographiquement avec la ville de Bourbon L'archambault, nous étions au calme loin de toutes nuisances sonores. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui sont ouverts aux sollicitations, en les remerciant de leur cadeaux de bienvenue. Bref, nous ne regrettons pas le choix de cette location.
