Sabrina and Michel have created a Holiday cottage on a 15-hectare estate with woods and a first-class river.
Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room. 2 bedrooms opening onto the garden (1 double bed, 1 single bed), en-suite shower room. Wood heating and oil heating in living room and kitchen, electric heating in bedrooms. Washing machine and dryer shared with other Holiday cottages. Private outdoor wooden dining table. Barbecue. Playground, 2 ping-pong tables, volleyball net, small stream on site (reach). Year-round heated Piscine (semi-buried), shared with the other Holiday cottages on the property (8m x 4 m; 1 m35 to 2 m deep). Piscine protected by a lockable glass room for adults (including changing room). Sports hall. Sauna. Disc golf course, petanque court.
Bunk beds for 2 people available at no extra charge.

On request, an additional family room for 5 people can be rented at extra cost. 2 Holiday cottages on site: 12-person and 2-person. Bellenaves 10 km.

Holiday cottage benefits: Housekeeping included. Please note that only the kitchen area must be left clean and tidy, otherwise a €80 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay.

Sauna: 1 session per day free, then 15.00 euros per session thereafter.
Nordic bath: 50.00 euros / session. Information and reservations with the owners

Pets are admitted at a rate of €10 per day per animal. For more than 3 days, the rate is €35 per animal (2 max), payable on site.

Only guests wearing Sports hall shoes will be admitted to the Sports hall.
