In fine weather, you'll enjoy the sheltered terrace, large landscaped green space, heated L-shaped swimming pool and SPA, both open from mid-May to the end of September.
In winter, you can relax in the cosy lounge by the fireplace. Leisure and activities: the villa is close to the Le Pal amusement park and zoo (22 km), and the Montbeugny racetrack and airfield (3 km).
On the first floor, you'll find a large dining room, another small lounge/bar, a bedroom with twin beds (2 x 90 cm), a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, and a small room with a possible crib. (separate toilet). Upstairs, a bedroom has been converted into a mezzanine with a bed (140 x 190 cm), a shower room, separate toilet, and two adjoining bedrooms (one 140 x 190 cm bed + one 90 cm bed in each), one of which is a gable with a telescope.
