Whether you're looking to recharge your batteries with friends or family, this magnificent villa is ideal for short or long stays, just outside Moulins-sur-Allier and in the heart of the countryside, not far from the Avenelles golf course. In fine weather, you'll enjoy the sheltered terrace, large landscaped green space, heated L-shaped swimming pool and SPA, both open from mid-May to the end of September.
In winter, you can relax in the cosy lounge by the fireplace. Leisure and activities: the villa is close to the Le Pal amusement park and zoo (22 km), and the Montbeugny racetrack and airfield (3 km).
On the first floor, you'll find a large dining room, another small lounge/bar, a bedroom with twin beds (2 x 90 cm), a large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, and a small room with a possible crib. (separate toilet). Upstairs, a bedroom has been converted into a mezzanine with a bed (140 x 190 cm), a shower room, separate toilet, and two adjoining bedrooms (one 140 x 190 cm bed + one 90 cm bed in each), one of which is a gable with a telescope. Plancha available.

Week-end très agréable en famille, très bon accueil, gîte spacieux et très fonctionnel. A notre arrivée très agréablement surpris par la propreté. Grand parc fermé et bien entretenu .piscine et spa très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Drine Comme un havre de paix tropical !
Une jolie maison, idéale pour partager de bons moments, en intérieur comme en extérieur, jardin fleuri en cette saison, très bien entretenu. Au calme et suffisamment isolé pour ne pas déranger et ne pas être dérangé. On a été ravi d’y séjourner, le temps d’un week-end… hélas trop court, on aurait bien prolongé je recommande !

Catherine 74 Séjour ressourçant au calme
La maison est telle que décrite dans l'annonce. L'espace,la piscine privée,le jacuzzi...sont autant d'éléments qui permettent un très bon séjour. La nuance serait dans le vieillissement du 1er étage et du mobilier extérieur a revoir.

François Séjour gîte des Brières
Gîte dans un ancien bâtiment, spacieux et très bien rénové avec des équipements intérieurs de qualité. La vaisselle est en quantité et de qualité également.
Les différents équipements extérieurs permettent de profiter pleinement du logement : piscine, jacuzzi, plancha au gaz très agréable.
Tout est fourni : literie, serviettes.
L'environnement est calme, proche de la nature.Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute.
Un très bon séjour en famille, idéal avec des amis également.
