Welcome to "Au pied des vignes", a vacation home located 2 km from all amenities, where you can enjoy the advantages of the countryside with the comforts of the city (shops, activities, monuments, leisure activities).
"Au pied des vignes" is part of an old farmhouse that Véronique and Emmanuel have completely redesigned. Adjoining their house, the owners will be there if you need them, while guaranteeing the privacy of the gîte without overlooking. The 80 m² fully renovated gîte combines the charm of the past (stones, beams...) with contemporary comfort. Large windows offer views of the surrounding countryside.
Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), 1 shower room (Italian shower), separate wc.
Upstairs: spacious bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200, 1 bed 90x190), wood and electric heating. Large covered terrace, plancha, green space and parking space.
GITE PLUS: Housework included. Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Linen and towels included. Possibility of baby-sitting (extra charge) by our very serious daughter Margot. To be booked in advance to guarantee availability, or to be arranged on site with the owners.
