"Au pied des vignes" is part of an old farmhouse that Véronique and Emmanuel have completely redesigned. Semi-detached from their house, the owners will be on hand if you need them, while guaranteeing the privacy of the gîte without vis-à-vis. The fully renovated 80 m² Holiday cottage in Saint Pourçain sur Sioule combines the charm of the past (stone, beams...) with contemporary comfort. Large windows offer views over the surrounding Countryside.
Ground floor: large living room with open kitchen, wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), 1 shower room (Italian shower), separate WC.
Upstairs: spacious bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200, 1 bed 90x190). Wood heating and electric heating. Large covered terrace, plancha, green space and parking space.
Holiday cottage extras: housekeeping included. Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Linen and towels included. Possibility of baby-sitting (extra charge) by our very serious daughter Margot. To be booked in advance to guarantee availability, or to be arranged on site with the owners.
