In the heart of the Countryside, on a Semi-detached house, the Holiday cottage La Girouette (70 m²) on 2 levels and close to the owner's house. Access to the Holiday cottage is from the shared courtyard, then the main entrance opens onto a living room with a single BZ. This is followed by a kitchen opening onto the dining area and direct access to the Holiday cottage's private terrace and garden. A shower room and separate WC. From the living room, access to the bedrooms is via a beautiful wooden staircase. You can choose between two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed (140/190) and one with 2 single beds (80 x 200), which can be joined together as required, with storage space. Each bedroom has velux windows. Underfloor heating (heat pump). Enclosed courtyard with parking. Terrace, garden furniture, large enclosed plot shared with the owner. This Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the Dombes region and its 1000 ponds. The Parc aux oiseaux, 3km away in Villars les Dombes, will take you to new horizons. Cleaning and linen hire required for business.

Mimi Parfait
Très bien situé ombragé important en raison de la chaleur. Lieu très calme dans la nature dans les bois. Propriétaire très accueillant à disposition, à l'écoute. Et très important pour nous, accueil parfait envers une personne dite différente nous les remercions sincèrement.

Pascalita Tranquillité et nature
Ce gîte est confortable et très calme, au milieu de la nature. On entendait seulement les oiseaux et les bruits des chevaux voisins. Il est situé à proximité de Villars, petite ville qui offre toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour (commerces, gare...).
Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, plein de bons conseils pour les visites et en même temps très discrets. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation en période de grosse chaleur, et la mise à disposition de la piscine le dernier jour (canicule). Encore merci et bonne continuation !- Cleanliness

Isabelle et Alain Au cœur des Dombes
Un environnement calme et agréable pour ce petit gîte simple mais fonctionnel. Une bonne base également pour rayonner à la découverte des Dombes et au delà : Bourg en Bresse, Pérouges sont à une demie heure. Nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l'arrivée. Merci à nos hôtes.
