Access to the gîte is from the shared courtyard, then the main entrance opens onto a living room with a single BZ. This is followed by a kitchen opening onto the dining area and direct access to the gîte's private terrace and garden. A shower room and separate WC. From the living room, access to the bedrooms is via a beautiful wooden staircase. You have a choice of two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed (140/190) and one with 2 single beds (80 x 200) that can be joined together as required, with storage space. Each bedroom has velux windows. Underfloor heating (heat pump). Enclosed courtyard with parking. Terrace, garden furniture, large enclosed plot shared with owner. This gîte is ideally located for discovering the Dombes region and its 1000 ponds. The Parc aux oiseaux, 3km away in Villars les Dombes, will take you to new horizons.
