In the heart of the Countryside, on a Semi-detached house, the Holiday cottage La Girouette (70 m²) on 2 levels and close to the owner's house. Access to the Holiday cottage is from the shared courtyard, then the main entrance opens onto a living room with a single BZ. This is followed by a kitchen opening onto the dining area and direct access to the Holiday cottage's private terrace and garden. A shower room and separate WC. From the living room, access to the bedrooms is via a beautiful wooden staircase. You can choose between two attic bedrooms, one with a double bed (140/190) and one with 2 single beds (80 x 200), which can be joined together as required, with storage space. Each bedroom has velux windows. Underfloor heating (heat pump). Enclosed courtyard with parking. Terrace, garden furniture, large enclosed plot shared with the owner. This Holiday cottage is ideally located for discovering the Dombes region and its 1000 ponds. The Parc aux oiseaux, 3km away in Villars les Dombes, will take you to new horizons. Cleaning and linen hire required for business.

Séjour agréable dans une région superbe. Calme et repos sont les maîtres mots!
Les enfants ont pu profiter d'un grand jardin et de jeux mis à leurs disposition.
Les propriétaires ont été très attentionnés ! un grand MERCI !(la note de 4 pour le confort correspond seulement au matelas du lit double qui mériterait d'être changé)

Très bon accueil de nos hôtes. Logement confortable avec une terrasse très agréable pour profiter du calme ambiant et des vastes espaces des Dombes. A proximité des sites à visiter.

Nous avons passé en famille une belle fin de semaine dans ce petit gîte bien entretenu et au calme dans une belle campagne. Situation idéale pour découvrir les Dombes. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par les propriétaires toujours à l'écoute et soucieux de notre confort.
