Discover this 60m² gîte located in a hamlet in Ambronay, close to many tourist attractions and only 10 minutes by car from a freeway exit.

The gîte extends over two levels and backs onto the owner's house.
On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, two welcoming bedrooms await you, one with a double bed (140x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm). A bathroom with integrated toilet completes the first floor.

There's also a terrace alongside the Le Nantay river, accessible from the kitchen. It's equipped with a garden table, ideal for dining or relaxing.
Although the grounds are neither enclosed nor adjoining, there is a grassy area directly opposite the gîte.

The main asset of this gîte is undoubtedly its owner, who since 1992 has always taken great pleasure in welcoming her guests and talking with them.

Nearby attractions include Ambronay Abbey, the Château des Allymes, and the medieval town of Pérouges, ranked as the 4th most beautiful village in France.
