In the heart of the Countryside, 15 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and less than 1 hour from Lyon. In an old adobe farmhouse, renovated in 2020, the Holiday cottage Le Grenier can accommodate up to 10 people, with its 3 bedrooms and large mezzanine. Ideal for a quiet stay, in a "family home in the Countryside" spirit.
The charming hamlet layout - 1 other Holiday cottage and 2 family dwellings on the site - rules out parties and other noisy gatherings.
You enter into 1 vast living room: lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen. On the first floor you'll also find 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 80x190), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, under the beautiful roof structure, 1 large mezzanine dedicated to relaxation (library, TV, video games) with 1 convertible sofa (120 x 190) to bring the number of beds to 10; 1 bedroom with a Cot 140x190; and 1 other with 2 Cot 80x190 bunk beds and 2 single beds 90x200; 1 bathroom with bath and 1 WC.
1 terrace, 1 private garden, and shared areas with the other Holiday cottage (Piscine, play area).
The large 6x12m (1.5m deep) Piscine, shared with other guests and the owners, is open from May to September, weather permitting. A converted barn houses the pool house and games area (table soccer, table tennis, darts, etc.). Nordic baths available on request.
Wood heating and heat pump. 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer for stays of a week or more. Parking at courtyard entrance.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included.
No wifi and random mobile network. Disconnection guaranteed!

Miba un super sejour en famille
Nous avons occupé les 2 gites du domaine pour une semaine en août. Ils sont tous les 2 en excellent état, avec une très jolie déco, parfaitement entretenus et bien équipés, notamment pour cuisiner. La literie est également de bonne qualité, confortable. L'espace extérieur dont nous disposions est vaste et bien arboré, c'est très appréciable. Le site est serein même si la route à proximité est passante. Je n"oublie pas la piscine, exceptionellement grande ! Ludovic a été très accueillant. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances.

maison_des_copains Excellent séjour
Séjour d'une semaine pour 2 familles avec 4 ados. Point fort: Des activités pour les ados et les parents (très belle piscine, baby, ping-pong, 2 salons, nombreux jeux et BDs, etc.). Le gite est très agréable, la cuisine très fonctionnelle, et le jardin très appréciable avec de l'ombre.
- seul bémol, prévoir une lotion anti-moustique le soir mais c'est la région qui veut cela !
- accueil très sympathique.

Dominic Relaxing holiday
We had a nice and relaxing holiday with our 2 teenagers. The house was big, all you need is there (shower, bath, oven, washing machine...). Supermarket close to the house. Some nice trips to do in the neighbourhood. Good contact with the owner. Thanks for the lovely vacation!

Philipp Wonderful renovated historic farm, fantastic host
Best hosts ever!!
We received very good tips for local spots to visit and for shopping regional products (excellent boucherie), farmers markets and restaurants.
The pool has a great size.
The house and the kitchen are very well equipped to have a great time. Our family and especially the kids enjoyed the big garden (with freshing shade) and venue with ping pong table.
We definitely consider coming back, if we visit the region again. Many thanks!!
