In the heart of the Countryside, 15 minutes from Bourg-en-Bresse and less than 1 hour from Lyon. In an old adobe farmhouse, renovated in 2020, the Holiday cottage Le Grenier can accommodate up to 10 people, with its 3 bedrooms and large mezzanine. Ideal for a quiet stay, in a "family home in the Countryside" spirit.
The charming hamlet layout - 1 other Holiday cottage and 2 family dwellings on the site - rules out parties and other noisy gatherings.
You enter into 1 vast living room: lounge, dining room, fitted kitchen. On the first floor you'll also find 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 80x190), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs, under the beautiful roof structure, 1 large mezzanine dedicated to relaxation (library, TV, video games) with 1 convertible sofa (120 x 190) to bring the number of beds to 10; 1 bedroom with a Cot 140x190; and 1 other with 2 Cot 80x190 bunk beds and 2 single beds 90x200; 1 bathroom with bath and 1 WC.
1 terrace, 1 private garden, and shared areas with the other Holiday cottage (Piscine, play area).
The large 6x12m (1.5m deep) Piscine, shared with other guests and the owners, is open from May to September, weather permitting. A converted barn houses the pool house and games area (table soccer, table tennis, darts, etc.). Nordic baths available on request.
Wood heating and heat pump. 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer for stays of a week or more. Parking at courtyard entrance.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided and utilities included.
