Le Figuier, de 124m², situé au rez de chaussée : espace cuisine/repas, espace salon ouvrant sur terrasse, 4 chambres (dont deux avec 1 lit 160X200 cm et deux avec 2 lits 90X200 cm), bureau, salle de bains balnéo, salle d'eau/wc, buanderie.
Lave-linge et sèche-linge, TV, chauffage et climatisation inclus, poêle à bois, lits faits, ménage fin de séjour sur demande, équipement bébé sur demande.
Profitez de l'espace extérieur : Terrasse (70 m²) donnant sur le vignoble, parc commun (1 ha), piscine commune (20X5m) ouverte du 1er/06 au 30/09, salon de jardin, plancha, parking.

Marieke A lovely stay in a beautiful home
We have enjoyed our stay at le Figuier. The location is close to the wineries and beaches, but we have enjoyed our time at the (salt water) pool too.
The house is comfortable with shutters and airco. We ve loved our evenings with the BBQ and sitting outside watching over the winery.
The owners were very friendly and helpfull.

Bas Great place to stay
Our stay at Le Figuer in Villevreyac was truly delightful. The house itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything one might need for a relaxing holiday. We especially appreciated the large terrace, which was perfectly furnished with a generous dining table, comfortable chairs, and a lovely lounge sofa.
Set in a peaceful location, the house is just a short drive from renowned local wine estates producing Picpoul, as well as the picturesque oyster lakes of southern France and the lively town of Sète.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a real gem—large, exceptionally clean, and surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and a cosy seating area. Whether we wanted to swim, relax with a book, or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings, the pool area offered the perfect retreat.
Overall, Le Figuer exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil escape in the heart of Villevreyac.- Propreté
