Sylvia A Perfect Romantic Getaway in Île de Ré
My partner Steven and I recently enjoyed a delightful 2-night romantic getaway in a charming apartment in Île de Ré, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We arrived late on a Friday afternoon to a warm welcome from the owner, who immediately made us feel at home.
The apartment itself was impeccably clean and beautifully situated in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré. Its location directly in front of the city hall was incredibly convenient and offered a lovely view. While being in a peaceful spot, the vibrant city center was just a short and pleasant bike ride away, allowing us to easily explore the local shops and restaurants.
The apartment provided everything we needed for a comfortable and romantic stay. It was clear that attention to detail had been paid to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. After a day of cycling along the stunning coastline and exploring the charming villages of Île de Ré, returning to our cozy apartment was always a pleasure.
The location in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré proved to be an excellent base for our short trip. We appreciated the tranquility of the area while still having easy access to the livelier parts of the island. Being able to hop on our bikes and reach the heart of the action within minutes was a real highlight.
Overall, our stay in this apartment was fantastic. The combination of a warm welcome, a clean and well-located accommodation, and the ease of exploring Île de Ré made for a truly memorable romantic getaway. We highly recommend this apartment to any couple looking for a charming and convenient base for their own adventure on this beautiful island. We certainly hope to return in the future!- Propreté
