Vous recherchez une destination nature ou vous retrouvez en famille ou entre amis ? Le gîte Le Rocher est l'adresse idéale. Niché au cœur de la campagne, cette longère rénovée, spacieuse et lumineuse, située en lisière de forêt, vous apportera le confort attendu pour un séjour ressourçant, sans vis-à-vis, au calme, à 25 min de la mer.. Vous pourrez découvrir à proximité les petites cités de caractère comme Quintin et profitez des plages et du paysage qui longent nos côtes. Le Lac de Bosméléac, un site reconnu pour la pêche à la carpe, offrira à pied ou en vélo de belles balades, la rigole d'Hilvern et son chemin de halage réhabilité en voie verte. Le gîte Le Rocher bénéficie d'une situation géographique privilégiée en Bretagne permettant de découvrir beaucoup de ses richesses. Afin que votre séjour soit le plus parfait possible, des sites incontournables sont à découvrir.. le Lac de Guerlédan, le Golfe du Morbihan ,la côte de granit rose, la Baie de Saint Brieuc, le Cap Fréhel...
Au rez-de-chaussée (accès PMR) : un grand salon séjour (TV connectée barre de son-fibre-Netflix) avec cuisine toute équipée, une chambre avec un lit en 160, un WC indépendant avec lave main, une salle d'eau avec grande douche à l'italienne et une buanderie. À l'étage, 3 chambres avec deux lits de 90 (jumelables en un lit de 180), deux lits de 90 et un lit de160, une salle de bain avec baignoire balnéo et douche ainsi qu'un WC indépendant. À l'extérieur profitez d'un grand espace vert paysagé sur un terrain de 6000 m2 (ombragé et orienté plein sud, pouvant accueillir des chevaux) avec une terrasse, une piscine chauffée couverte de (10mx5m) ouverte de début avril à fin septembre, prodondeur de la piscine 1m50 partout, avec le spa ouvert toute l'année et une deuxième terrasse orientée nord ouest. Grand garage à disposition (ping-pong, fléchettes, basket, pétanque...). Pour l'accueil d'animaux, contacter les propriétaires. Stationnement possible à l'arrière de la maison.

Great Family Holiday
5/5The best gîte we have ever stayed in. The gite is maintained to a high standard. It’s great for family holidays with plenty of room for children to play. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi would definitely recommend and hope to return at some point in the future.

Great holiday in a lovely place
5/5This is a lovely house in the Breton countryside with a huge pool (the pictures don't do it justice) and a great hot tub. It is located off a very quiet lane, not from the lovely town of Quintin. We stayed for two weeks and it was really peaceful. Christian, the owner, was very helpful and friendly, and the house is fantastically well equipped with everything you need, including bikes, table tennis etc. We thought it was great and would come again.

5/5Le Rocher is a little slice of paradise! Everything has been thought of, and the facilities make the weather a secondary consideration. I would not hesitate to return, or to recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay. Christian is an absolute gentleman, and the location is just magical! We will certainly be back in the future!
