Detached villa located 1 km from the village center in a 2-hectare property, 50 m from the owners' house, unoverlooked, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, with breathtaking views of the countryside and village. This is 1 pleasant location for a vacation in the heart of the Luberon, ideal for green and cultural tourism.

Surrounded by a 1500m² private garden planted with flowers and trees and with parking, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the view from the 13m² covered terrace (with tables and chairs and gas barbecue), or let yourself be lulled by the song of the birds and cicadas on the deckchairs in the shade under the protective tarpaulin.

For relaxation and refreshment, there's 1 swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol (10x5, depth 1.35, open May-September), secured by alarm and shared with the owners, who provide daily maintenance.

This single-storey house comprises: 1 well-equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), 1 living-dining room (closed fireplace, TV, library corner, internet), 3 bedrooms (1 with 160cm bed, 1 with 140cm bed, 1 with 2x90 or 1x180), 1 bathroom/WC, 1 separate WC, 1 laundry room (sink, washing machine, freezer) and 1 garage.
Electric heating: fixed rate of €60/week. Bed linen and towels included and beds made up on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning deposit payable on site to owner. Only 1 pet accepted (under 20 kg).

Starting from the house, numerous hiking and biking trails. Close to the most beautiful villages such as Roussillon (ochres), Gordes (dry-stone houses), Bonnieux and its vineyards, Sault (lavender) and so many others, each with their own special features, their own small local market with Provencal scents and local produce. And let's not forget the ancient Roman town of Apt, world capital of candied fruit, and its large weekly market.
