Saint-Martin-de-la-Brasque is a small commune where the warmth and friendliness of its inhabitants are its greatest asset. Discover its farmers' market on Sunday mornings between May and October, where you'll find local produce bursting with flavor and sunshine.
This charming semi-detached house is located in a peaceful part of the owners' farmhouse.
A private gravelled courtyard and a large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and parasol are available for your relaxation.
A ping-pong table is also available.

On the first floor, the living room is air-conditioned. It's bright and comfortable, with an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, extractor hood, induction hob, American fridge with ice dispenser, Thermomix, pod coffee maker...).
The cosy living/dining room features a sofa, TV, round dining table and 4 armchairs.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet.

Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms are air-conditioned and beautifully decorated. Each has a 160x200 cm bed and its own private bathroom and WC.
