Need to relax? Here you'll be (almost) alone in the world. The house is close to the village yet in the Countryside, in a wooded, unspoilt setting in the heart of the Mont-Ventoux Regional Nature Park.
Bédoin is a charming village where life is good, animated by the comings and goings of many cyclists, and much appreciated by sports enthusiasts of all kinds.
The house is located on an agricultural estate bordered by olive trees, with private access and shaded parking. Karine and Gérard, the owners, live 50m away and are very discreet.

A large, shaded terrace with garden furniture offers a lovely view of Mont Ventoux, the garden and the Piscine area below.
The private swimming pool is fenced in, and a pool-house with barbecue, pizza oven and refrigerator is at your disposal. For your moments of relaxation, a dozen sun loungers all around the Piscine are just waiting for you.

The spacious kitchen opens onto the terrace, the air-conditioned living/dining room has a mezzanine with 2 beds, and the hallway leads to 4 bedrooms and shower rooms. A gaming room with billiards and table soccer is accessible from outside.

Kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, 5-burner gas piano, food processor, pod coffee maker... Living/dining room: wooden table with 12 chairs, flat-screen TV, sofas, armchairs, wifi, Bluetooth speaker, games, wifi, stereo. 4 bedrooms: 2 beds 140x190 cm and 4 beds 90x200 cm. Mezzanine bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm. 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 separate WCs, laundry room with washing machine.
Outside: private Piscine 5x10m, fenced and open from May to September, progressive depth 1.40m - 1.90m. Petanque court, bicycle garage, Kids' play area.

Sheets, towels and kitchen linen included. 1 pet allowed (Paying pet). Electricity recharging point 2.5 km away.
