You'll enjoy a lovely view of the village (houses, church and hills in the distance), which is just 400 meters from the house, with all the shops you need, as well as typical Provencal restaurants.

A private fenced swimming pool (8x4, 1.45 m deep, open from mid-May to September) overlooks the Ventoux. Enclosed garden, terrace overlooking the village. Veranda. Garden furniture, electric plancha. Covered parking available through a gate shared with the owner. Private access through a gate.

Ten or so steps lead up to the house with kitchen (microwave, dishwasher), dining/living room (TV), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 140x190), shower room, separate toilet. Washing machine in garage on first floor.

The main room is air-conditioned and each bedroom has a fan.

Heat pump heating: fixed price of €70/week. End-of-stay cleaning possible.

Only 1 pet allowed.
