La villa des Thermes is a rental in the heart of the town, located on the 1st floor of a 1960s house renovated in 2019, with the owners occupying the garden level.

You'll have a private 25 m² terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue overlooking the 800 m² shared garden with trees and fencing, as well as another reserved area in the garden for lunch or relaxation. Private, enclosed parking available on site.

Inside you'll find a living room with TV and DVD player, a dining room/kitchenette with microwave, freezer. Dishwasher. Washing machine in laundry room. 3 bedrooms each with en-suite shower/wc: 1 with 2 beds 80x190 and 2 with 1 bed 140x190 each, cot.

Heating (heat pump), electricity, bed linen and towels included.

An electric car charging station is 450 meters away.

Ideally placed for discovering the 'Cité des Princes', its historic past and its restaurants with regional aromas, the villa des Thermes will meet your many and varied expectations. You'll find picnic areas and children's playgrounds on the St Eutrope hill.

Hiking enthusiasts can head off in the direction of the Dentelles de Montmirail, and for those who enjoy cycling, you can stroll along the Via Vénaissia with Mont Ventoux in the background. And if you're looking for a refreshing dip, you'll find what you're looking for at the Lac de Monteux.
