Nestled on a 1,500 m² enclosed, tree-lined lot secured by an electric gate, the property offers generous outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and socializing. A large gravel courtyard for parking several vehicles or playing a game of pétanque, a garden featuring numerous resting areas, a hanging chair, a relaxation lounge, and sun loungers: everyone will find their favorite spot to enjoy the Provençal sun while lulled by the song of cicadas.

The covered terrace extends the day with its barbecue and electric griddle for delicious meals with family or friends.

Two bedrooms, each equipped with a Bed 140 x 190, complete this level, along with a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double sinks, a separate toilet with a sink, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a second fridge-freezer.

Upstairs, a family room is particularly well-suited for families with kids. It features a Bed 140 x 190 and two bunk beds (the top bunk is reserved for kids over 6 years old), as well as a private bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and double sink. Separate toilet and small terrace with garden furniture (3m²).

For your comfort, a baby bed and a high chair are provided. A locked shed allows you to store your bikes safely. Maximum of 2 pets allowed.
End-of-stay housekeeping is included. Sheets, towels, and extra bedding available for an additional fee. Fans in the bedrooms.

Ideally located just 1.3 km from the highway exit, the house is a prime starting point for exploring the region’s iconic villages and renowned Vineyards: Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Vacqueyras, Gigondas, and many other must-see stops along the wine route. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity to Wam Park, while Avignon and its famous Festival d’Avignon are 30 kilometers away. Parc Spirou Provence is 24 km away.
