Joëlle and Jean-Pierre offer you a unique and privileged stay in this pretty, well-appointed studio in part of their 18th-century mas. You'll be seduced by the charm of the 5500 m² wooded park, which is completely enclosed, and you'll be able to appreciate the many small relaxation areas that have been laid out, as well as a beautiful fish pond.
A private 14 m² terrace shaded by a hundred-year-old fig tree, with garden furniture and barbecue, is available for your use. The Piscine is shared with the owners (8x4m, 1.30m deep, alarm-protected and open from April to November).

The studio comprises a small, fully-equipped kitchen (1 table and 2 chairs, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, washing machine and small appliances including a Nespresso pod coffee maker). 1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, washbasin, hairdryer), washing machine.
The living/dining room is set in a veranda (1 table and 2 chairs, flat-screen TV, sofa, armchairs, hi-fi, wifi) with access to the garden and terrace. Separate toilet with washbasin. Reversible air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels and household linen are INCLUDED. Private parking on the property with electric gate. Electric vehicle charging station 2km from the Holiday cottage. Jean-Pierre gives you access to his vegetable garden and henhouse! Here you can harvest seasonal vegetables and collect fresh eggs for mealtime approval.
