Just a few minutes from Vaison-la-Romaine, this detached house in the heart of the Countryside offers the ideal setting for relaxation, swimming and discovery. Between hilltop villages, colorful markets, ancient sites and landscapes of vineyards and olive groves, the area abounds in attractions for lovers of culture, gastronomy and nature. The enclosed, tree-lined garden, not overlooked, ensures privacy and tranquility. A real highlight is the 8.5 x 4 m private swimming pool, protected by a roller shutter and open from May to September. Perfect for cooling off after a visit to Vaison-la-Romaine, a Hiking tour of the Dentelles de Montmirail or a cycling outing. Deckchairs, sun loungers and a 20 m² terrace (part of which is covered) prolong moments of idleness and conviviality. All on the first floor, the interior is functional: living room with two sofas, TV, DVD player, Wifi, dining area and fully-equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter and pod coffee makers...). On the night side : 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and Baby bed, 2 modular bedrooms with 160 cm beds or 4 80 cm beds according to your needs (twin bedding). Bathroom with bath, washing machine. Separate WC. Reversible air-conditioning in the hall. Housekeeping included On-site parking and bike shelter.
