Situated on an estate of several hectares, in the heart of the Luberon and just 3 km from the City center, stay in this attractive, fully renovated and well-equipped semi-detached house. You'll appreciate its brightness and south-facing aspect.
A private, unfenced garden and shaded terrace are at your disposal, with garden furniture, barbecue and hammock. Vis-à-vis possible with neighbors opposite (see photos).
Inside:
Living room with sofa bed (sleeps 1), flat-screen TV, stereo, wifi.
A well-equipped fitted kitchen with a central island and 4 high stools, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker and extractor hood.
One bedroom with 140x190 cm bed and sliding closets.
Bathroom with 90x100cm shower, washbasin, towel warmer and hairdryer. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine.
Cats and dogs are not accepted. Electric recharging point available 6km away (Lourmarin). Sheltered parking space.
In winter: heating and electricity extra on meter reading (56kw offered/week).
You can also discover Lourmarin, just 8 km away, classified as one of France's most beautiful villages.
If you're looking for a refreshing spot of water, Etang de la Bonde, the largest lake in the Vaucluse region, is just 8 km away, with its beach and snack bar.
Hiking trails can be started from the house.

Laetitia et Sébastien
Laetitia et Sébastien, famille de vignerons coopérateurs, vous accueillent sur leur exploitation. Ils auront à cœur de partager leur métier et de vous faire découvrir la nature et les paysages environnants. Le gîte Syrah est entouré de leurs vignes et oliviers.
Producteurs de raisins de table (Muscat de Hambourg, Centennial) il sera possible en saison (de mi août à mi octobre) de les déguster fraîchement cueillis.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de donner d'avis par principe, mais l'envie tout simplement de dire merci à Laetitia. Elle représente à elle seule tout ce qui fait du bien pour un séjour excellent. Tout est conçu pour cela, on ressent qu'elle pense à tout pour nous faciliter la vie et pour notre confort, et en plus c'est une très chouette personne. Qu'est-ce que ça fait du bien. Nice and cool gIte with a garden for shadow. Everything one needs, is available in the gîte. All interesting villages in the Luberon are within reach.
The area has problems with the reception of internet signal. In case of wifi problems it is advisable to have sufficient data to use the phone as hotspot.- Cleanliness

olive et vigne Cucuron
Accueil formidable,gite bien concu,au calme,j ai pris mon petit dejeuner dans une foret d oliviers,terrasse avec chaises et table ,buisson de lavandin à mes pieds,champ de vigne tout autour,je recommande vivement cette location qui fait honneur au travail de notre hotesse et des cultivateurs du Luberon.

Endroit et gîte magnifique.Tout était parfait.Acceuil vraiment chaleureux et très sympathique avec des petites attentions qui font tellement plaisir. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec notre chien Argos. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
