Close to the Provencal Colorado, lovely new detached house tastefully furnished, located in a residential complex with alarm-protected private pool (3.5x6.90 m, 1.50 m deep, open from 01/06 to 30/09), 11 m² covered terrace facing south, 1500 m² enclosed garden planted with olive trees. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Garage.
3 bedrooms (2 140cm beds, 2 90cm beds, crib). Living room (color TV, DVD player), dining room/kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine. Dryer. 2 shower rooms, 1 with toilet. WC.
Underfloor heating (heat pump): flat rate of €50/week. End-of-stay cleaning possible: €60. Pets accepted with supplement.
Do you have an electric vehicle? A reinforced socket (7.5 kw) is available (payment at end of stay according to consumption).
Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt is a large Luberon village set against a rock on which two 17th-century windmills and the remains of a medieval castle stand guard.

Fra Très bon séjour
La maison est parfaitement équipé, et la piscine est très agréable, surtout en période canicule :). Le tout situé dans une charmante petite commune (commerce à 10 minutes à pied).
