Holiday cottage in the western part of the owners' house. Gravelled west-facing terrace of 40 m², unenclosed grounds of 1000 m². Garden furniture, pergola, barbecue.
Situated 80 m from a small departmental road that takes you to Cavaillon in 5 minutes, or in the direction of the Luberon to discover famous villages such as Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux or Lacoste for its Provencal markets and other regional architecture.
2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds). Dining room/kitchenette (TV, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher). Washing machine in laundry room. Shower room. Separate toilet.
Air-conditioning on ground and first floors. Electric heating.
Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €50. Tourist tax extra.
Hiking and cycling possibilities.
History buffs will love strolling around Avignon and enjoying lunch in one of the typical Provencal restaurants.

BEN vacances 2024
gîte parfait , calme et bien situé , un 2ème WC en bas serait le bienvenu , sinon rien à reprocher , l'acceuil sympathique et le cadeau de bienvenue était au delà de beaucoup de gîte , avec des produits locaux excellents , les conseils du propriétaire concernant les visites des alentours ont été très bons et très judicieux .
Pour résumé , nous avons passé un evcellent séjour dans un très bel environnement- Cleanliness
