On a 40-hectare estate with watering canals, century-old plane trees and on-site agricultural activity, lovely Holiday cottage adjoining 3 others, very well appointed, equipped and located in a building dating from the 16th century. Beautifully renovated. Private 25 m² south-facing terrace, private parking. Garden furniture. Barbecue.
Enclosed swimming pool (14.5 x 3.5, 1.20 m deep, open from 15/05 to 30/09) shared by Holiday cottages and Bed and breakfast with beautiful views of the Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
First floor: living room/kitchenette (color TV, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds). En-suite bathroom. Separate toilet.
For babies: Umbrella bed, high chair, bouncy chair, bathtub, booster seat with €13 supplement.
2 deckchairs + 2 sunbeds (taken from the Piscine). Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €50.
You can discover Lake Beaulieu and enjoy the many activities on offer there, as well as the 'Wave Island' Water Park.
Don't miss the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon.

PB Nice stay
Nice stay. One thing: eatplace outside/terras is not with a nice vieuw/not on the garden. You’re looking to courtyard. I think, you can’t find this in the discription of the house.

La Grande Périale est une bâtisse datant du XVI siècle . Elle a été restaurée en respectant son authenticité c'est a dire en gardant la cour fermée qui protégeait les habitants d'éventuels agresseurs . Par ailleurs les bâtiments se situent au centre de 40 ha d'une nature protégée (zone Natura 2000) diversifiée jouissant d'un grand calme et particulièrement appréciée de nos hôtes

Fab & Pepe Top séjour à Monteux
C’est notre 2eme fois dans cet hébergement et nous en sommes toujours aussi satisfaits.
Super séjour dans un endroit calme et très bien situé pour visiter la région. La propriétaire est très sympa et réactive lorsqu’on la sollicite.
Le domaine est superbe au cœur des oliviers avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux.- Cleanliness

Carole Bon séjour
Location bien située et au calme, très bien équipée et très propre. Pour la piscine revoir les parasols qui ne sont pas adaptés en cas de mistral.

merci à Carole qui a dédié quelques minutes de son temps à la rédaction de cet avis . En ce qui concerne les parasols , on ne les ouvre pas par temps de mistral , cela me parait logique et de bon sens
