On an unfenced 40-hectare estate with watering canals, century-old plane trees and on-site agricultural activity, lovely gîte adjoining 3 others, very well appointed, equipped and located in a building dating from the 16th century. Beautifully renovated. Private 25 m² south-facing terrace, private parking. Garden furniture, barbecue.
Enclosed swimming pool (14.5 x 3.5, 1.20 m deep, open from 15/05 to 30/09) shared by gîtes and chambres d'hôtes, with stunning views of the Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail.
First floor: living room/kitchenette (color TV, DVD player, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm beds). En-suite bathroom. Separate toilet.
For babies: cot, high chair, bouncy chair, bathtub, booster seat with €13 supplement.
Reversible air conditioning on consumption. 2 deckchairs + 2 sunbeds (by the pool). Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning: €50.
You can discover the Lac de Beaulieu and take advantage of the many activities on offer, including the 'Wave Island' water park.
Don't miss the Palais des Papes and the Pont d'Avignon.

La Clim partout dans le gîte est un vrai plus pour la région. La piscine est top pour nager et jouer.

Super gite dans un endroit magnifique
5/5Nous avons passé un très beau sejour à Monteux dans ce gite joli et en parfait état. Une grande piscine dans un bel environnement. Un grand merci á la propriétaire qui est trés charmante et sympathique. A recommander sans hésiter !

5/5We liked it so much that we came here for the third time.The house is very quiet, the equipment is perfect, the owner is very helpful. A holiday couldn't be better. Monteux is highly recommended as a starting point: Mont Ventoux, small wine villages, Avignon - everything is within easy reach. We can highly recommend the accommodation. Many thanks to the owner (and to Cleo & Carlie) for a wonderful holiday!
