Semi-detached house with total independence from the owners' dwelling, this farmhouse has 2 terraces, one to the south with garden furniture and deckchairs and shade overlooking the 4800 m² 3/04 enclosed garden. The other faces west, with private Piscine (4.5 x 2.5m, 1.60m deep, open from April 15 to October 30 and heated from May 15 to September 30). Electric plancha or barbecue available.

The accommodation comprises a large, bright living room with a dining area with table and 4 chairs, and a sitting area with wifi, flat-screen TV, armchairs and a convertible sofa that can accommodate a further 2 people.¶
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, grill, oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and washing machine.¶
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a small washbasin. The toilet is separate.¶
Accessed via a spiral staircase, the bedroom is on the 1st floor, on a mezzanine of approx. 12m². Air-conditioned, it has a 160x200 cm bed and a wardrobe.¶

Bed linen included. Towels and end-of-stay cleaning are extra. Pets are not allowed. Electric vehicle charging station located 3km away.¶
1 shaded parking space in front of the Holiday cottage.¶

Just 200m from the "Via Venaissia" greenway, the location is perfect for Hiking or cycling with family or friends, starting from the gîte.

Magdalena Une escapade au cœur du Comtat Venaissin
Lors de notre court séjour au Mas Saint-Joseph à Sarrians, nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec une météo trop fraîche pour la saison.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire très agréable, sympathique et discret.
Le gîte reflète la propreté et offre une disposition originale. Le Domaine est remarquable avec un superbe Parc au gazon de velours où trônent de magnifiques oliviers.
L'ensemble environnant apporte calme et quiétude, tout en étant à proximité des besoins et des centres d'intérêts.
De quoi passer un séjour plaisant pour de belles vacances.

Warwick Lovely accommodation and surroundings
We really enjoyed our week at Mas St Joseph. The accommodation is lovely - comfortable, quiet, plenty of space - and the surroundings with the garden and private sitting area and pool are also lovely and provide a peaceful retreat. There is plenty to do in the area (with a car) and the opportunity to explore the local countryside and towns. Our hosts were very welcoming and keen to check all was ok, and able to offer local recommendations. Would stay again or recommend to others!

Vinotourist Bienvenu dans la douce France
Ondanks de mooie locatie, de vriendelijke ontvangst zijn er wel enkele minpuntjes. Deze zijn ook al persoonlijk besproken met de eigenaars.
Het keukenmateriaal was beperkt tot het minimum hier mag toch iets aan gedaan worden. De afwezigheid van een kleine bbq was een gemis, dit kan niet vervangen worden door een elektrische plancha.
De instap van het kleine leuke zwembad is toch niet geschikt voor mensen die moeilijk te been zijn.
Grâce d'une belle location et un contact conviviale avec les propriétaires, fait que notre séjour est devenu une vacance parfaite.
Les petites pointes negatieve sont déjà communiqués avec les propriétaires.
Pour les personnes peu handicapées la piscine est dur d'y entrer.- Cleanliness
